A great way to use up your veggies from your garden at the end of summer is to put them in a pasta salad. Pasta Salad is easy and everyone loves. You can also make it up and let your family eat off of it all week.
Garden Pasta Salad
I Box Tri-Color Rotini-cooked and cooled
All the Garden Veggies you want, chopped and diced -approximately 3 cups total vegetables
Parmesan Cheese-shredded-approximately 3/4 cup
1 Can Black Olives-whole or sliced
Italian Dressing- a bottle of your favorite dressing
Once your pasta is cooled add the veggies, cheese, olives and dressing and toss.
